Mishry
Who are Mishry?
Mishri is a huge aggregator of kitchen products, food items, and recipes for the Indian consumer! The site intends to become a top resource for consumers seeking knowledge about food products and cooking appliances. Their reviews are honest, unbiased, and in-depth — from actually using the product (whether it be a home appliance or consumer goods) to testing food out first-hand. The platform is the perfect blend of in-depth product testing and enticing content to help foodies, home cooks, parents, or anyone else find exactly what they need for their kitchen.
What were their requirements?
Mishry has well established itself as a food review authority and wanted to boost its visibility via relevant content that would resonate with fellow food lovers, especially home cooks.
They needed content that would, of course, show off their rigorous testing methods but also deliver intellectually valuable cooking tips, nutritional advice, or insight into world culinary trends.
Mishry wanted to position itself as no ordinary review site but a destination for food lovers – almost culinary experts who could help its readers understand the thousands of products and cookware available in the market.
The order comprised reviews, recipes, blogs, etc. It was 1200 in total, measuring 1000-1500 words for each. In total, we say around 15.7 lac words were needed.
We were not given any strict deadline, but we had a word with the managers, and they said they expect the project to be completed within a time period of 4 months.
Guess what? It all took us 32 working days, as we deployed a huge team behind the project.
How Content Hammering helped out?
This was a slightly complex challenge for us, as we were supposed to generate real-life recipes and product pics, along with writing.
Content Hammering helped Mishry to be perceived as a culinary authority by developing an aggressive content strategy. We narrated a sequence of reviews with accompanying photographic and videographic evidence to illustrate testing procedures.
In order to appeal more broadly, we also incorporated recipe sections that used the reviewed items and showed readers exactly how they could use products in daily cooking.
We worked on specific keywords related to food reviews and cooking tips, targeting individuals who are looking for better solutions that bring organic traffic to Mishry.
We also did outreach to other culinary professionals and chefs for guest posts, which not only helped with ground-level trust but brought a whole new perspective.
With all this, Mishry’s domestic and kitchen journalism migrated onto its fresh-look site, enticing a larger viewership hungry for credible culinary content.
